That’s AWESOME!!!! We’re both gonna begin our journey January 2010 and I’m also like you, I wanna get back to doing my videos on youtube as well, but I used to do them each day. I’m gonna do the same, just a little different then last time.
Maybe we can hold each other accountable and coach each other, cause it’s true you never stop learning about weight loss…I haven’t, I learn new things everyday (only cause I’m getting Prevention emails) They are really good.

Low carbing with calorie restriction on top of that. Not as strict as atkins though. Some excersise also but not that much, and no soda, mostly drining water, and alot of it.
